Located in Augusta Maine, Hassle Free Housing offers fully furnished apartments ideal for medical professionals, consultants, international travelers or anyone who needs a fully furnished living space in the Central Maine area.
All of our available properties are located on a friendly quiet neighborhood close to shopping and the state capitol. Each unit comes with it's own off street parking space inside a shared community area. Inside this zone our guests will have access to a picnic area and a barbeque grill.
Each furnished unit includes everything that you could need right down to the small appliances and bath towels. Just bring your suitcase, all other essentials are provided!
Lease terms are negotiable and can be on a month by month basis.
Required leasing terms are as follows:
- All partial month occupancies will be twice daily rate or one months rent, whichever is less.
- Smoking is not permitted inside buildings.
- The Tenant agrees not to allow on the premises any excessive noise or other activity which disturbs the peace and quiet of neighbors or other Tenants in the building.
- Quiet after 9 P.M.
- No drinking of alcohol outside the buildings.
- Pets maybe allowed at owners discretion with a $300 nonrefundable pet deposit.
