Located in Augusta Maine, Hassle Free Housing offers fully furnished apartments ideal for medical professionals, consultants, international travelers or anyone who needs a fully furnished living space in the Central Maine area.

All of our available properties are located in friendly, quiet neighborhoods close to shopping and the state capitol. Each unit comes with its own off-street parking inside a shared community area. Guests have access to a picnic area and barbeque grill.

Each furnished unit includes everything you could need right down to the small appliances and bath towels. Just bring your suitcase - all other essentials are provided!

Lease terms are negotiable and can be on a month-to-month basis.

Required leasing terms

• Smoking is not permitted inside buildings.
• Excessive noise or other activity which disturbs the peace and quiet of neighbors or other tenants in the building will not be permitted.
• Quiet time after 9 P.M.
• No drinking of alcohol outside the buildings.
• Most pets are welcomed if approved by management.
